NORDUnet

NORDUnet provides international network connections to the Nordic research networks.

NORDUnet is a collaboration between the Nordic research networks. NORDUnet connects the Nordic research networks and connects them to the rest of the world.

NORDUnet is owned by the research networks in Denmark (DeiC), Iceland (RHnet), Norway (UNINETT), Sweden (SUNET) and Finland (Funet). NORDUnet provides international high-speed connections to its owners, among other things via connections to GÉANT.

In addition, NORDUnet is a forum for Nordic cooperation within research networks and e-infrastructure. The organization organizes the NORDUnet Conference every two years and the NORDUnet Technical Workshop in the other years.

NORDUnet represents DeiC and the other Nordic research networks in GÉANT.

Director Gitte Kudsk, DeiC, is a member of the NORDUnet board.
