The DeiC Conference brings together e-infrastructure specialists and decision-makers from across the Danish university and research community.
As a sponsor, you get direct access to a target group working with and investing in advanced solutions within HPC, networks and services, IT security, data management and quantum technology.
This year we expect around 220 participants at the conference.

Networking is a central part of the DeiC Conference and is incorporated into the conference design in the form of several networking breaks where participants gather in the central conference area. The sponsor stands are located in this area, giving you as a sponsor high visibility and good opportunities to engage with participants throughout the conference. If you choose the large sponsorship package, you will also have the opportunity to make a presentation in the conference's professional program.

Cost of DKK 25,000
A stand is 3x2m. A more detailed overview of the exhibition area will be prepared later, indicating possible locations and stand area.
Marketing
You have the opportunity to create general marketing for the conference. The marketing must have reference to the conference. For GDPR reasons, DeiC does not provide email addresses of participants.
