Call for Presentations for DeiC Conference 2026
Do you have everyday experiences with digital research infrastructure that others can learn from? This year we invite all participants to contribute to the program by sharing experiences and good local solutions. Maybe you work close to operations as a technician, are involved in research support, or maybe you work with strategic development or organization of the digital research infrastructure. The most important thing is that you have experiences from your everyday life that can inspire others.
Examples of presentations
- Technical solutions or workflows that have made everyday life easier or more efficient
- Experiences with optimizing collaboration across researchers, IT and administration
- How you have approached the implementation of new solutions, systems or processes
- How you have worked with knowledge sharing or created a good framework for collaboration
- How you have worked with prioritizing, organizing or setting direction for work locally
Format
We are open to different formats. You can for example:
- give a short presentation
- show a concrete solution or tool
- present a discussion
- facilitate a workshop or group work
Submit your presentation
The deadline for submission is Monday, August 10th.
We review submissions on a rolling basis, so submitting early increases your chances of feedback and program space.
