The DeiC Conference will take place on 28 & 29 October 2025 at Comwell Kolding.

TICKET PRICES

A standard ticket for the DeiC Conference costs DKK 3,600. The ticket covers both days and includes access to the conference dinner on 28 October, which will also be held at Comwell Kolding.

All prices are excluding VAT.

ACCOMMODATION

Unfortunately, there are no more available rooms at Comwell Kolding on Monday, October 27 and Tuesday, October 28. Please write to konference@deic.dk if you would like to be added to a waiting list.

 

For the purposes of your organisation's VAT accounting, you must state whether you are affiliated with an organisation under the Ministry of Education and Research (UFM).
Select your desired ticket. As a sponsor, you will not be charged for the ticket price..

Participation in the conference

Dinner Tuesday night
If you are registered for both days of the conference, there is no additional charge for attending the dinner on Tuesday. If you are registered for one day of the conference and would like to attend the dinner, the price is DKK 600.
Dinner Tuesday night
There is no additional cost to attend the dinner on Tuesday for full conference participants. For those who join the conference for 1 day, the price is DKK 600.

As many participants would like to know who is coming to the conference, we publish a list of participants with your name, title and organization on our website. The list will be published as the participants are registered. If you do not wish to have your information published, please change the selection below.
