DeiC offers the Danish student accommodations of higher education students to enter an agreement to get a direct connection to Forskningsnettet.
The connection
The student accommodations must on their own or in cooperation with e.g. a university provide the connection to a forskningsnet point of presence, wherefrom forskningsnettet will provide a suitable interface.
DeiC is happy to help convey purchase/leasing with relevant infrastructure suppliers.

The accommodations' responsibility
The accommodations must comply with the rules in the contract about responsibility and use of forskningsnettet. The accommodations must always respond immediately to requests from DKCERT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) about abuse of the network.
